- Drafting correspondence, court documents, briefs and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, courts, barristers and other external parties
- Diary and inbox management
- Monthly billing and client reporting
- File management, archiving and electronic filing
- Preparing court filings and documentation
- General administrative and team support duties About You
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance or Litigation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy environment
- A proactive and reliable attitude
- Strong communication skills and a skilled manner
