Job Title Corporate Systems Analyst Job Location Sydney Experience 5+ years Employment Type Contract Role Work Authorization Applicants must have valid working/unlimited working rights in Australia. (Visa sponsorship or transfer is not available for this role) Responsibilities
- Drive Projects. Build Process. Deliver Impact. Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Lead and execute data-heavy compliance processes using Google Sheets and SQL (training provided).
- Manage end-to-end delivery of process improvement initiatives with support from Core Ops Managers.
- Own timelines, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to drive execution.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to remove roadblocks and ensure project success.
- Oversee vendor management tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Work with a high‑performing team; challenge ideas and elevate issues when needed related to driver onboarding and access.
- Support investigating key metric fluctuations and lead root‑cause remediation.
- Partner with Product to propose, test, and roll out onboarding improvements.
- Handle escalations related to driver onboarding and access issues; contribute to strategic initiatives shaping the future of driver access. Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in problem solving, data analysis (Excel/GSheets, SQL), and project delivery.
- Strong communicator with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
- Confident problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and fast‑changing environments.
- Self‑starter with a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.
- Hands‑on and resourceful, always ready to dig in and drive progress.
- Data‑driven thinker who uses insights to inform smart decisions and continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented and proactive teammate who supports others and builds trust.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, using a risk‑based approach to navigate trade‑offs. Key Skills
