Venchi Sales Associate Part Time & Casual Sydney

We are seeking passionate team members (Part time, Casual) for both store:The Galeries and World Square, who will provide solid support and deliver an exceptional experience for our customer.

PR/citizen, student visa & postgraduate visa expiry more than 1 year preferable

About the Role:

Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image

Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Understand and contribute to help store achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory

Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures

Process POS (point of sale) purchases

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s display)

Assist in transporting gelato from lab to the store when needed.

Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented

Be an absolute team player

Ability to speak Italian or Spoken Mandarin would be highly advantageous
