About the Role
As a Member Onboarding Consultant, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes our newest members. This is a crucial role focused on providing an exceptional positive member experience right from the start.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Members: Conduct welcome calls and provide value-adds following the sale of a product.
Customer Service Excellence: Uphold customer service standards and take ownership to resolve any member inquiries.
Education and Guidance: Educate members on their current product and guide them through using the self-service app.
Support and Administration: Handle policy updates and assist with member initial enquiries while keeping accurate records of interactions.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring
Contact centre experience: Proven experience in customer service or contact centre environments is essential.
Strong verbal and phone communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals.
Tech savvy.
Active listener.
