The Role
Support an experienced Senior Property Manager
Training & mentoring provided!
Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up!
No leasing!
Day- to day management of portfolio
Liaising with tenants & landlords
Monday – Friday only no weekend work!
Excellent KPI structure – around $10k per year in comms!
Surround yourself with passionate & ambitious professionals
The Candidate
Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up!
Must be organised & have high attention to detail
Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
Highly ambitious and driven!
Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
A solid team player and happy to offer support when needed
The ability to build & maintain recent relationships
Excellent presentation and communication skills
