Description
This role will be responsible for leading our Sydney Administration team and cohort of subcontract trainers. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will work closely with the Compliance Manager and Learning & Development team based in Queensland. As the senior presence in New South Wales, this role will provide leadership, oversight, and support to ensure operational excellence across the region. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for AIOH Support business growth, partnerships, and strategic opportunities Represent the organisation at industry functions, stakeholder meetings, and events Operations Management Manage operational performance across training delivery, student services, compliance, and administration Lead and support coordinators, managers, trainers, and administration teams Monitor student engagement, outcomes, completion rates, and satisfaction Oversee organisational scheduling in partnership with coordinators and managers In consultation with Executive Management, oversee budgets, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation Stakeholder & Industry Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, employers, and stakeholders Attend client sites, onboarding sessions, and stakeholder meetings as required Collaborate with Marketing on initiatives, enrolment strategies, and student retention activities About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: You're a genuine, values-driven leader who brings integrity, empathy, and a people-first approach Proven leadership experience within the VET, education, training, or hospitality sectors Solid knowledge of RTO compliance requirements, ASQA standards, and funded training contracts Experience managing operational and financial performance Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills High-level communication, leadership, and organisational skills Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives About Us Barrington Training Services is a registered RTO operating under the Barrington Group Australia banner.
