- Hands‑on experience with up-to-date development technologies, such as Java and TypeScript, gained through study, personal projects, bootcamps, or commercial experience
- Exposure to backend development using frameworks like Spring Boot, with an understanding of RESTful APIs
- Experience with, or a willingness to learn, frontend technologies such as React
- Familiarity with, or a strong interest in developing skills in, AWS cloud services and cloud‑based application development
- A proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
