GA&A;'s Non-Financial Risk and Support Services, (NFRSS) team is responsible for auditing and reviewing CBA's Finance, Risk Management and Support Services functions, including emerging, strategic and operational risks.

We partner with all areas of CommBank to provide specialist services, to both customer-facing and customer-supporting teams, in the areas of:

- Non-Financial Risk areas; including Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) risks, Risk Management Frameworks (strategic and operational), Compliance & Risk Culture.
- Finance; incl. Group Finance, Legal, Tax, Regulatory Reporting, Business & Support Unit Finance & Investor Relations.

As such, we provide comprehensive analysis on all manner of strategic decisions across CommBank conduct and products. From delivering strategic initiatives, management reports and scaling our automated processes, GA&A; is an key business partner.

As a leader with the GA&A; NFRF team you'll advise the stakeholders across the Group to identify and mitigate areas of risk and make valuable recommendations on controls. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment, are able to focus on key issues and the details that come with it.

**Do work that** **matters**
- Build and deliver a dynamic, risk-based audit plan for the Non-Financial Risk Finance and Support Services AuditRisk Management audit team, and support the broader GA&A; plan.
- Oversee effective and efficient assurance to enable complete and collaborative delivery of your team's audit plan, and overall GA&A; plan.
- Effectively resource audits and broader GA&A; needs, using specialists and professional services, where required.
- Supervise audit delivery, and review and approve key audit stage-gates in the audit workflow.
- Effectively lead and direct all aspects of the audit from Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting, and through to audit closure.
- Support and drive appropriate use of analytics, to drive audit efficiency and deeper insights (i.e. the use of analytics on lead-in reviews, and KRI monitoring to drive audit scope and targeted audit testing).
- Work closely with stakeholders at all levels in developing audit findings and recommendations regarding internal control and compliance.
- Prepare and deliver simple, pragmatic and easy to read audit reports for customers, including the Board Audit Committee and relevant subsidiary board and risk committees.
- Oversee the team's participation in the QA Program, including timely and effective delivery of QA file reviews and ensure any feedback is quickly and effectively addressed.
- Drive high performance by taking accountability and leading audit team members to achieve GA&A; strategic targets and goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with the GA&A; leadership team, Regulators and External Audit to gain input and buy-in to strategic initiatives.
