- Logistics Coordinator and Transport Allocator positions. These are casual ongoing roles with temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates. Available Locations

- Transport Allocators: Casula Shift Times
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities Supply Chain &
- Logistics Coordination
- Site is in Minto – please be prepared
- Coordinate stock transfers, shipments, and interstate deliveries
- Manage transport bookings and shipping schedules
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and sales teams regarding stock availability
- Monitor DIFOT performance and maintain shipment registers
- Coordinate export shipments and freight forwarders
- Process credits, RMAs, and stock requirements
- Support logistics projects and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate reporting through ERP systems and Excel Transport Allocation
- Allocate and coordinate customer deliveries
- Optimise transport routes and delivery schedules
- Ensure transport documentation and system transactions are accurate
- Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers
- Resolve delivery and logistics issues efficiently
- Generate transport and delivery performance reports
- Maintain inventory and stock movement records within ERP systems Skills &
- Experience
- Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or allocation roles
- ERP/SAP system experience highly regarded
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred What’s On Offer
