With a growing pipeline of minor works, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager – Property to oversee a portfolio of projects and support consistent, cost‑effective delivery across our sites. ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the General Manager, Property, you will manage the end‑to‑end delivery of minor works projects—typically refurbishments, compliance upgrades, cosmetic improvements and small asset replacements under ~$500k. You’ll coordinate multiple projects across residential and community sites, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget and program requirements while minimising disruption to residents and staff. You will also help strengthen project governance, improve reporting visibility and reduce reliance on external consultants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver minor works projects from scoping to handover Manage schedules, budgets, risks and reporting Coordinate design, procurement, construction and commissioning activities Oversee contractor performance and compliance Maintain accurate documentation and financial governance Communicate effectively with site teams and internal stakeholders Ensure all works meet regulatory, WHS and organisational standards ABOUT YOUYou are a practical, delivery‑focused project manager with strong stakeholder skills and experience working in live operational environments.
