We are building connected supply chain technology — and we're looking for a Product Manager who understands freight forwarding at an operational level and is ready to help shape the software that modernises it. This is not a generic SaaS Product Manager role. We are looking for someone who has lived inside freight operations — someone who understands the realities of shipment execution, customer requirements, operational pressure, and the complexity of moving freight across borders. If you've spent years solving operational problems and have ever thought "there has to be a better way to do this" — this could be an exciting next step. The Prospect You’ll sit at the intersection of freight operations and product engineering — translating real-world forwarding workflows into scalable product solutions. Working closely with engineers, customers and internal stakeholders, you’ll help define what gets built, why it matters, and how we solve meaningful industry problems. You’ll
- Own and prioritise your product backlog domain
- Translate freight workflows into clear product requirements
- Write epics, stories and acceptance criteria
- Bridge operational and technical conversations
- Bring freight domain expertise into product strategy and decision-making
- Help shape products used across global supply chains What You'll Bring You may already have Product Management experience — or you may be coming from freight operations with strong systems and process thinking. What matters most is deep industry understanding and a passion for solving problems. We’re looking for
- 7–10+ years within freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end shipment workflows — booking through final delivery
- Experience across operations, customs/compliance, quoting or shipment execution
- Global trade familiarity and understanding of cross-border workflows and documentation
- Experience with SOPs, workflow ownership or operational process design
- Technical confidence — comfortable working with engineers, integrations, APIs and platform workflows
- Curiosity, commercial thinking and a desire to improve how logistics works Why Yojee?
