Afternoon Field Ranger / Van Driver needed! (Sydney)

Ario is a global leader in shared mobility technology, headquartered in Singapore and launching in Australasia. We make short journeys the best they can be; convenient, fun, secure and kinder to the planet. This role involves transporting a cargo bikes into the city using a company van to load, replace batteries, or perform basic maintenance as needed. The position combines driving with ensuring e-bikes are correctly positioned in line with council parking regulations, helping create a positive experience for both the community and riders. This role will be focused on picking up bikes from one area and moving them to another. Role: Afternoon Field (Driver) Ranger Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hours: 2pm
- 10pm on a rotating roster (3-4 days per week) Pay Rates: Weekday: $32.31 p/hr Saturday: $45.24 p/hr Sunday: $58.16 Responsibilities:
- Assist with e-bike deployment and retrieval
- Operate from one of our vans around Sydney to transport Cargo Bike into the CBD
- Loading the bike with batteries from the van
- Work with a team to operate a van to redistribute products as required
- Use smart device applications to locate and operate devices
- Respond to various tasks as they are assigned
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- A team environment where safety and quality are a priority
- Troubleshoot technical issues on site
- Work with field rangers (on foot) to optimise efficiency Requirements:
- Over the age of 25 (for vehicle insurance purposes)
- Experience driving a van in the city
- Full, unrestricted Australian driver license with a clean record
- Tech Savvy is preferred
- Ability to be very active and bend and lift up to 30kg frequently
- A great attitude and ability to work well with others, teamwork is key to success!
- Comfortable working alone
- Previous delivery, mechanical, logistics, and inventory experience is a bonus
- Knowledge of local area geography and street layout preferred but not required.
