Supervising a variety of service periods, you work closely with our Head Chef delivering thoughtful service to our valued guests. You will be a calm and adaptive leader, who inspires your team to deliver exceptional food and service. This role is perfect for a Chef who loves balancing classical skills with modern creativity in the momentum of a dynamic service. Qualifications Your skills and experience will be include:
- Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a venue or hotel environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Holds a strong understanding of European cooking techniques and flavour profiles.
- Demonstrated experience leading staff.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
