Cyber Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, losses and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.
The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) team form a key pillar of the wider Group Security practice. As the Executive Manager, Privileged Access Management Technology you will provide thought leadership, technical expertise, strong people management and a clear delivery focus.
**Do work that matters**: As Executive Manager, you and your teams will provide end-to-end product ownership (build, fix, run) for all privileged access (PAM) capability being delivered via current (and future) tooling. The on-boarding and associated hygiene of credentials would also reside within this team.
Specifically, you will;
- Provide thought leadership on how to improve platforms, processes and tooling
- Contribute to solving complex business problems through the lens of IAM
- Be across emerging technologies and future challenges (both organisationally and the broader industry)
- Be able to demonstrate tangible value through the outcomes you deliverHave a passion for building world class teams
In your day-to-day role you will be responsible for:
- Management of multiple teams tasked with delivering engineering, operations, and enablement outcomes
- Requirements elicitation, architectural and design workshops, creating and reviewing software designs.
- Providing domain expertise and support for technologies managed by the team.
- Rapid expansion of IAM services across the organisation (on-premises and cloud).
- Improving the practices and processes for development, testing and adoption of new technologies within the teamResearching current technology and working with partners on adoption opportunities
**About you**
- Extensive experience with CyberArk (or a similar product), from initial deployment to configuration and customisation across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience working on large-scale deployments in complex technology environments
- Able to articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points
- Experience with broader IAM products (specifically HashiCorp Vault, Sailpoint IIQ, Ping) would be highly desirable
- Cloud experience (including native tools, e.g. PIM)
- Cloud entitlement management experience/ exposure
- Secrets Management experience (specifically Hashicorp Vault)
- Experience with managing and designing Non-human account management solutions
- Exposure to AI/ Gen AI in terms of solutions, models, and agents, would be highly desirable
- An extensive record of people management and team building.
- You will have experience of working in a core security engineering team creating high-value outcomes
- You will have worked on deployments of > 20,000 unique identities, delivering a full suite of lifecycle management controls
- Experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Github, Teamcity (or Jenkins), Artifactory and Octopus is desirable
- A passion for automationExperience in Linux and/or Windows administration
