Cleaners – Supporting the Australian Defence Force

ESS is seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our hospitality and support services team. You will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for Defence personnel across key sites in Holsworthy, Richmond, and DEOH/Glenbrook.

Requirement

• Must be an Australian Citizen.

Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance. Previous background in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management is preferred. Solid focus on safety, teamwork, and good communication skills. Must be dependable and have the flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Work Conditions

• Working on-site at Defence bases, including Holsworthy, Richmond, and DEOH / Glenbrook.

Responsibilities

• Performing duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas.

Keeping cleaning equipment and storage areas in valuable order. Strictly following hygiene standards and site-specific safety procedures. Providing exceptional service with a high level of attention to detail. Working effectively with colleagues to meet daily cleaning schedules.
