Coles Merchandiser Support City Of Sydney, City of Sydney

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set‑up, pricing and ticketing.

About The Role

We are looking for a support merchandiser in Wentworth Point (suburbs include Rhodes, Wentworth Point, Merrylands, Westmead & Parramatta). Up to 20 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Friday being the essential day.

Key Responsibilities

Develop solid relationships with Grocery personnel

Create and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores

Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance

Work autonomously, and as part of a team

Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone

Safely perform physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements

Successful Candidate Will Have

Planogram experience in a grocery/retail workplace (not essential)

Solid communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded

Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
