About the Role

Collaborate closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client business needs and provide skilled technical consulting and solution support throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead technical communications with clients, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, system architecture design, and technical Q&A.; Translate customer requirements into clear functional specifications and work closely with Product Managers and R&D; teams for solution implementation.

Provide technical training and enablement to internal Sales, Project Managers, and partner teams.

Monitor market and technology trends, collect customer feedback, and support continuous product and solution optimization.

Support pre-sales, pilot projects, and post-sales technical activities as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related engineering disciplines.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting is preferred.

Strong ability to work under pressure with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Rapid learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
