About role
This role will suit someone who is looking to learn about the industry or start their career in technical support and who is passionate about problem solving and providing customer support. It will be a full-time paid internship.
Ideally the candidate will have the following
Currently in your second year and upwards of study/degree or recently graduated in year 2024 or 2025. An A+/A equivalent bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology or related field.
Excellent attention to detail, with accurate data entry skills and technically savvy
Quick learner and passion for card and payments.
A growth mindset, be resilient and able to cope with change and a very fast-paced work environment.
Hybrid work option (Mandatory 3 days’ work from office Monday, Tuesday, and Friday).
