Our client, a leading 3PL provider supporting high-volume e-commerce operations , is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join their advanced, automated distribution facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the efficient operation of a technology-driven warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across automated warehouse systems

Investigate, analyse, and resolve stock discrepancies and variances

Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations in line with operational requirements

Maintain integrity of data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Work closely with inbound, outbound, and operations teams to address inventory issues

Identify root causes of inventory inaccuracies and implement corrective actions

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced e-commerce environment

About You

Demonstrated experience in inventory control within a high sku warehouse or multi user site 3PL setting

Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms

High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting

Proficient in Excel and data analysis

Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across teams

Experience working in automated or robotics-enabled warehouses

Background in e-commerce fulfilment

Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
