About the role:

We’re seeking a detail oriented Purchasing Order Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract based at Orchard Hills. This role is key in managing the end-to-end purchase order process within our ERP system (D365) from raising and reconciling POs to coordinating with suppliers and resolving invoice variances.

This role will be onsite based 5 days a week, at our current state of the art site at Orchard Hills.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Manage purchase orders from requisition to receipting in D365.

Liaise with suppliers to track orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

Work with Accounts Payable to investigate PO & invoice variances and support month end accruals.

Monitor costs, analyse spend trends, and identify cost saving opportunities.

Support process and system improvements across purchasing functions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Tertiary Qualifications in finance, business, supply chain management, or related field (Preferred)

Familiarity with ERP Systems such as D365

Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
