What does the job look like?
Analyse and investigate trends to reduce call rates and maximise customer satisfaction
Support and manage technical escalations and take ownership of end outcomes
Provide Level 2 help desk support to Field Technicians and subcontractors
Undertake field work where needed to resolve complex issues
Assist in creating and maintaining parts matrices for relevant devices
Use data‑driven insights to identify technical and procedural improvement areas and provide training support for Field Technicians and subcontractors
Are you the one?
Knowledge of the ATMs/Cash Management devices or a technical know‑how
Exceptional problem‑solving skills with the ability to trouble‑shoot complex issues and manage escalations effectively
Strong organisational and multitasking skills coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable to work independently and collaboratively in a quick‑paced workplace
Able to work a 7‑day rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
