As a Visual Merchandiser, you will possess a true commercial mind and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation across all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the client experience in store.

Job Responsibilities

Windows

Coordinate with Head Office and local suppliers for window installations.

Manage window product changes for every rotation.

Plan, prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations.

Manage the products and provide qualitative and photographic feedback.

Visit competitors and report best practices.

Interactions with the Team, Preparation of Store Zoning and Events

Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team on sales trends, current launches and VM guidelines.

Implement store zones for each product category.

Implement visual merchandising concepts for store events.

Day‑to‑day visual merchandising maintenance checks

Check store maintenance and environment to maintain luxury retail standards.

Manage the reordering of props, lighting and VM tools where necessary.

Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards.

Supporting the Store Leadership Team with day‑to‑day operations of the store

Actively lead floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.

Support, motivate and coach the team.

Profile

We are looking for a visual merchandising expert with extensive experience gained from working with a high‑profile luxury brand.

To ensure your success in this role:

Ideally 3‑5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury setting.

Demonstrated visual merchandising experience with ready‑to‑wear, accessories, and window display examples.

Be deadline‑oriented and detail‑focused.

Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
