Summer Analyst – Commercial & Investment Banking Program As a Summer Analyst within the Commercial & Investment Banking program, you will spend your summer working alongside top professionals to develop solutions that shape the global economy. Our bankers focus on long‑term relationships and strategies that help government, institutional, and corporate clients grow and innovate. The program offers hands‑on experience in providing sound advice, accessing funds, and managing risks in today’s complex environment. The nine‑week program begins with three days of orientation and training, followed by projects that challenge your analytical and client‑service skills. Top performers may receive a full‑time (Graduate) job offer for 2028. Program Focus The industry and product teams collaborate to develop and execute strategies that help clients achieve their objectives. Key product areas include Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, General Industrials, Real Estate, Natural Resources, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Infrastructure, and Utilities. Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market data, build detailed financial models, and prepare client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
- Manage client transactions from pitch to close under senior leadership guidance.
- Develop innovative and creative solutions to complex, real‑world business challenges.
- Understand how we help clients and communities grow, regardless of their needs.

- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an Australian university with an expected graduation date between April 2027 and December 2027. If in a Master’s program, it must be completed within two years of obtaining your Bachelor’s degree.
