Role The Seasonal Store Associate is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in‑depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet all customers in a friendly manner.
- Maintain excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
- Process deliveries, maintain tidy stock and equipment / back‑of‑house areas.
- Replenish stock and make display changes on the shop floor. Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
- Desire to achieve the best in whatever you do. Working Hours This role requires rostered shifts across a variety of times, including late‑night trading, weekends and public holidays.
