Security Supervisor Day Shift Monday to Friday (Sydney)

About the role As a full time Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and personnel. Supervising and directing a team of security officers to maintain a secure environment 2. Coordinating and monitoring security operations, including access control, patrols, and incident response 3. Conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate security measures 4. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies 5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on security activities 6. Providing training and support to security officers to enhance their skills and performance 7. Liaising with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as required What we're looking for 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a security supervisory role 2. Current NSW Class 1A Security Guard license and First Aid certification 3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Familiarity with security systems and technologies 6. Understanding of security risk assessment and mitigation strategies 7.
