Each of our Cluster, Regional and State Managers and Visual Merchandisers began their Ghanda journey on the shop floor, joining us as either a Sales Assistant or Store Manager A day in the life As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
- Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members
- Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
- Liaising with your Stock Allocator, as well as working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space
- Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance About you We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone:
- With demonstrated leadership experience
