We are on the hunt for a Logistics Lead to join our team! This isn't just about moving cars from A to B; it's about owning the movement of our inventory and ensuring our customers receive their cars on time, every time. What you'll be doing?
- Own the Flow: Manage the end‑to‑end logistics process, from inbound vehicle acquisition to last mile customer delivery.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers and third‑party logistics partners, ensuring they meet our high standards for speed and quality.
- Scale Operations: Develop and implement scalable logistics processes as we expand into new regions and increase our volume.
- Optimisation: Constantly analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiencies in our supply chain.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production teams to ensure inventory is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have at least 3 years managing complex logistics or supply chain operations.
- You have excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- You’re adaptable and can work autonomously without on‑site supervision, exercising solid personal accountability.
- You can negotiate effectively with partners and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
- You’re excited about the challenge of building something from the ground up and thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- You hold a current NSW driver's licence. What's in it for you?
