- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia (without restriction)
- At least 6 months experience as an Educator, or similar
