**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Housekeeping Supervisor** who is ready to make their mark and lead a team to success.

Based in **PYRMONT**, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while supporting and developing your team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Train, onboard, and mentor new team members
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development
- Manage stock levels of guest amenities
- Forecast staffing needs and prepare team rosters
- Allocate daily room assignments and lead team briefings
- Monitor daily operations, including checklists, room counts, and timesheets
- Oversee cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas, ensuring high standards
- Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a **Housekeeping Trainer** in a hotel environment
- Passion for housekeeping and team development
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends)
- Full working rights in Australia
