Mid-Senior Graphic Designer - In House (Sydney)

Mid-Senior Graphic Designer Join a leading Australian investment business We are partnering with a highly regarded Australian organisation with a strong reputation for excellence, innovation and growth. Based in a premium office environment in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, this is an opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a high-performing marketing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class corporate communications. This position will suit a commercially minded designer who enjoys working within established brand guidelines, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing polished, professional design work. Working as the dedicated designer for a key division of the business, you will collaborate closely with directors, senior stakeholders, and the broader marketing team to produce a wide range of corporate and marketing collateral. While you'll be the sole designer in your area, you'll be supported by a wider team of talented designers working across other parts of the organisation. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Corporate literature and marketing collateral
- Investment memorandums and other long form documents
- PowerPoint presentations
- Producing digital newsletters and digital assets
- Design development, layout and artworking
- Maintaining brand consistency across all communications
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholder requests simultaneously We're looking for a designer who thrives in a corporate environment and understands the importance of clear communication, attention to detail and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines. You will bring:
- Minimum 4-5+ years' experience in a graphic design role
- Previous experience within financial services, investment, professional services or a similarly corporate environment
- Exceptional typography, typesetting and layout skills
- Strong design development and artworking capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working directly with senior executives and business leaders
- Strong commercial awareness and professionalism
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office skills
- Strong PowerPoint skills
