- Enjoy the Journey! About the role: We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Machine Operator to join our fast‑paced food manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor food production machinery to ensure the efficient, safe, and consistent production of high‑quality chilled meals. You will play a key part in maintaining production flow, meeting output targets, and ensuring all products meet strict food safety and quality standards. The role will be for our Day Shift: Monday to Friday from 6:15am
- 2:21pm Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Machine Operation & Production
- Operate production equipment and machinery in accordance with SOPs
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for daily production runs Food Safety & Quality Control
- Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures at all times
- Work towards daily production targets and KPIs
- Support continuous flow of production lines by coordinating with team members Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform basic machine adjustments and first‑level fault finding
- Report equipment issues promptly to maintenance teams Teamwork & Communication
- Work closely with production team members, supervisors, and quality teams
- Communicate issues clearly to ensure minimal disruption to production Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production environment (preferred)
- Experience operating production machinery or packaging equipment Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a chilled production workplace
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills What we offer you:
