Overview Our client, a leading 3PL provider supporting high-volume e-commerce operations, is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join their advanced, automated distribution facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the efficient operation of a technology-driven warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy across automated warehouse systems
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve stock discrepancies and variances
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations in line with operational requirements
- Maintain integrity of data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Work closely with inbound, outbound, and operations teams to address inventory issues
- Identify root causes of inventory inaccuracies and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced e-commerce workplace About You
- Demonstrated experience in inventory control within a high SKU warehouse or multi‑user site 3PL setting
- Solid working knowledge of WMS platforms
- High attention to detail with robust analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven setting
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across teams
- Experience working in automated or robotics‑enabled warehouses
- Background in e‑commerce fulfilment
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) What's on Offer
