Shift Security Supervisor Salary: $***** – $***** Job Type: Full‑time Location: Alexandria, NSW Job Category: Security & Protective Services As a Shift Security Supervisor you will oversee the delivery of security services, ensuring that all team members adhere to Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. The role operates on a rotational roster, covering both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, lead and coordinate the security team on shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to all security policies, procedures and client requirements.
- Conduct audits and inspections to maintain service quality and compliance.
- Oversee access management and security screening processes.
- Provide clear and timely communication with client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Qualifications
- Current NSW Security License with Control Room Activity certification.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation; HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support; HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid).
- Minimum five years of experience in the security industry, with prior supervisory experience highly desirable.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.
