Production Processing Operator – Day Shift – Ingleburn, NSW Full‑time position, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 7am‑5pm. About the role Reporting to the Line Manager, you will operate a range of fixed and mobile plant in a fast‑paced environment to manufacture high quality insulation. Responsibilities
- Champion a safety‑first culture within the factory, ensuring a zero‑harm environment and “Never Walk Past.”
- Operate machinery and ensure materials are produced to commercial standards, performing required quality checks.
- Identify and report equipment and product faults.
- Unload and stage (put away) various products.
- Identify risks and hazards and contribute to initiatives that improve quality.
- Maintain housekeeping and perform other duties as required. Qualifications
- Excellent work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to interact well with others and join the team.
- Capacity to multitask in a quick‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- High attention to detail, mechanical mindset and troubleshooting ability.
- Computer literacy.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster.
- Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high‑volume, multiple‑stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment.
