- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of process improvement initiatives, ensuring projects move from concept to successful rollout.
- Stakeholder Management: Own project timelines and cross‑functional alignment to ensure all departments are moving toward the same execution goals.
- Operational Problem‑Solving: Remove roadblocks and handle high‑level escalations related to driver onboarding and access.
- Vendor & Financial Oversight: Direct vendor relationships, including the management of contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Team Leadership: Drive a culture of excellence by challenging current workflows and escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary. Who You Are

- Experience: 1–3 years of skilled experience in management consulting, operations, or quick‑paced corporate environments.
- Strategic Communication: Background in management consulting preferred, with an emphasis on structured problem‑solving and executive‑level presentation.
- Operational Literacy: Ability to manage project tracking tools and perform basic data tasks in Excel or Google Sheets.
