We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and growing Building Services consultancy in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role, working across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects.

The Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, delivery, and coordination of electrical building services projects across sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading electrical design from concept through to completion
- Managing projects, timelines, and client relationships
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, hydraulic, fire, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations
- Attending client meetings and contributing to business development About You

- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- 7+ years' experience within Building Services (consultancy environment preferred)
- Robust technical knowledge across power, lighting, communications, and ELV systems
- Proven experience delivering projects within the Australian market
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead project outcomes
- Chartered status (CPEng) or working towards it is highly regarded What's on Offer
