The ECommerce and Distribution Planner will support the warehouse and sales teams to ensure eCommerce orders and US distribution is completed on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

Work with sales to determine a US distribution forecast

Review and confirm all US order requests

Communicate with our partners on all future orders, and confirmation to ship replenishment stock

Preparation of shipping documents

Determine forecasts for US and eCommerce requirements to improve stock availability

Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to send eCommerce orders out on time

You will require the following skills and experience to be successful:

Experience in a warehouse distribution setting

Experience using ERP systems

Experience working with external customers, distributers and 3PL

Understand how eCommerce and its feeding channels work

Strong analytical and data analysis skills
