Machine Operators – Excavator, Telehandler, Forklift & More | Sydney Metro

VP Recruit is seeking Multi‑Skilled Machine Operators for long‑term civil, commercial, and residential projects across Sydney .

What you’ll be doing:

Operating machinery in line with your tickets and experience (e.g. excavators, telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts)

Supporting site prep, material handling, and earthworks

Carrying out pre‑start checks and operating equipment safely

Working alongside site teams and supervisors

Maintaining solid safety and site standards

What we’re looking for:

Relevant tickets/licences (Excavator, Telehandler, Forklift, etc.)

Experience working on active construction or civil sites

Ability to operate machines confidently

White Card and full PPE

Reliable, switched on, and safety‑focused

What’s on offer:

$40–$75/hr depending on experience and tickets
