Job Title: Warehouse Clerk

Location: Hillsdale, Sydney

Overview of Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Clerk to join our Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, products and components are efficiently received, stored and dispatched to meet production and customer needs.

What you will do

Goods receiving- checking, counting and putting away of stock

Picking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and other turnaround times.

Stock checks and cycle counting of products in the warehouse

Proactive approach to stock accuracy.

Keeping paperwork up to-date and keeping records of the stock.

Ensure secure and efficient handling of goods.

Ensure warehouse functioning and consolidation of goods.

Ensure that all freight is moved correctly to minimize misroutes.

Loading and unloading of vehiclesusing manual handling and or forklift

Always follow health and safety procedures

E-mail communication

Working and reporting in Excel environment

What we need from you

2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing workplace.

Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Knowledge of Excel environment

Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Valid Forklift license

Willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks.
