About You

completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care,

a current First Aid and CPR Certificate,

a current Working with Children Check ,

a Child Protection Certificate.

For Traineeship

A genuine interest in working with children,

Positive attitude and willingness to learn,

Strong communication and teamwork skills,

Reliable and punctual,

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

These roles requires full time availability.

Key Responsibilities

Inspire children through play-based learning and engaging experiences.

Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.

Create a safe, inclusive workplace that encourages creativity and resilience.

Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.

Document and celebrate children’s developmental milestones.

Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
