We’re working with a highly respected specialist law firm to appoint a Lawyer to Senior Associate into their

Sydney Construction, Projects & Infrastructure team .

This is a standout opportunity to join a market-leading practice working on significant construction and engineering disputes, acting for a sophisticated client base across Australia.

The Role

This position has a strong back-end construction focus , with exposure to complex, high-value matters, including:

Construction and engineering disputes

Security of Payment claims and adjudications

Delay, defect, variation and EOT disputes

Acting for contractors, developers, principals and construction insurers

You will work closely with highly regarded Partners and play a key role in delivering technically strong, commercially sound outcomes for clients.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in back-end construction / disputes (essential)

Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach

Exposure to:

Security of Payment

Construction litigation or arbitration
