Skilled Audio & Television (PAT) is looking for a highly organised, detail-driven, and self-starting Admin, Logistics & Sales Support professional to join our Hornsby office full-time.

This is a key role at the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks, loves working with people, and takes genuine pride in what they do.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating daily operations across our Sydney and Auckland offices

Managing all incoming and outgoing freight – quality control is a must!

Handling project schedules, including hardware and software deliveries

Booking and coordinating staff travel, tradeshows, and roadshows

Organising and replenishing office supplies and promotional stock

Overseeing the repairs and servicing of company vehicles

Organising internal and external events for staff and clients

Providing general admin and sales support to our teams in Sydney & Auckland

Acting as a go‑to team member who just gets things done
