Due to ongoing client demand, we are expanding our high-performing Corporate Finance and Funds Management Recruitment Division.

We are seeking candidates from Associate to Principal level.

A role within the JS Careers Corporate Finance and Funds Management Recruitment Division, will include :

Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients across the investment banking, private equity and venture capital sectors.

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from taking job briefs to placing experienced finance professionals.

Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking, and referrals.

Conducting interviews and candidate assessments to ensure solid matches for each opportunity.

Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and career development.

For senior consultants: mentoring junior team members and helping shape business development strategy.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in speaking to experienced recruitment professionals, or candidates from the finance industry who are seeking a career change into a role which will utilise your understanding of the financial services sector and client delivery experience.

Educated to a tertiary level (University degree).
