Graphic Designer (Sydney)

Saint Valentine is seeking an exceptional Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team and help define the next evolution of our brand's visual identity. This is a pivotal role for a strategic, multidisciplinary designer with a refined aesthetic, robust commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling. Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing & Ecommerce teams, you'll lead the end‐to‐end conceptualisation and execution of all brand content, with a focus on digital, as well as touchpoints across retail, wholesale, and PR, ensuring all visual outputs carry our brand vision whilst driving tangible growth and results. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of all brand creative across social, digital, print, packaging and retail environments. Conceptualise and design compelling content for paid and organic social media campaigns. Own the design of email marketing (EDMs) and automated flows in Klaviyo, ensuring storytelling aligns with brand campaigns and drives performance. Guide and review all content produced by the Social Media Coordinator to maintain a cohesive and elevated brand voice. Develop assets for seasonal launches, campaigns, lookbooks, packaging, PR kits, in‐store collateral, events and brand collaborations. Support the Creative Director across shoot planning, concepting, and post‐production. Oversee and execute photo and video editing as required, including retouching and optimising content for multiple platforms.
