Job Description Join our OSHC team at Smithfield Helping Hands and help create exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experiences for primary school children. In our OSHC programs, kids are busy building rockets, scoring goals, creating masterpieces, and making new friends. As an OSHC Educator you will be involved in inspiring young minds and creating enjoyable activities. Shift Schedule Morning Shift: 6:00am – 9:00am Monday – Friday (Rise then Shine Program) Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 6:00pm Monday – Friday (Stay and Play Program) Extra Hours available during school holidays Benefits Versatile Work‐Life Balance – Choose shifts that fit around studies, family, or hobbies. Solid communication skills, both verbal and written. A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities. Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover) and a state working-with-children check. Must have valid Australian work rights. A relevant qualification in children's services, or be in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines).
