We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator [Accessory Specialist] to oversee accessory inventory, fitment coordination, and warranty claims handling. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‐on automotive experience from dealership, OEM, or aftersales/parts environments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching).

Manage accessory inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.

Oversee accessory fitment scheduling and coordination with workshop teams.

Handle warranty claims processing, documentation, and follow‐up with suppliers.

Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely accessory fitment and claim resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Support month‐end processes and reporting requirements.

What We're Looking For

Experience in warehouse automotive, dealership, OEM, or aftersales/parts environments.

Solid organisational and coordination skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Confident using inventory or dealership management systems.

Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
