Production Processing Operator – Day Shift – Ingleburn, NSW

Full‐time position, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 7am‐5pm.

About the role

Reporting to the Line Manager, you will operate a range of fixed and mobile plant in a fast‐paced environment to manufacture high quality insulation.

Responsibilities

Champion a safety‐first culture within the factory, ensuring a zero‐harm environment and "Never Walk Past."

Operate machinery and ensure materials are produced to commercial standards, performing required quality checks.

Identify and report equipment and product faults.

Unload and stage (put away) various products.

Identify risks and hazards and contribute to initiatives that improve quality.

Maintain housekeeping and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

Excellent work ethic and robust commitment to safe work practices.

Ability to interact well with others and join the team.

Capacity to multitask in a rapid‐paced, ever‐changing environment.

High attention to detail, mechanical mindset and troubleshooting ability.

Computer literacy.

Willingness to work a rotating roster.

Proven success in a similar role, preferably in a high‐volume, multiple‐stage continuous manufacturing / factory environment.

Strong understanding of production operations.
