Senior Digital Production Lead - Web & Accessibility (Sydney)

The Lead, Digital Production manages production, monitors and maintains the NSW Electoral Commission's websites and intranet to help deliver an engaging, accurate user-centred digital presence, and contributes to ongoing digital innovation in line with our communications and digital strategies. Job Status: Temporary full-time (up to 30/09/2027) Salary: $129,464 – $142,665 pa plus superannuation and annual leave loading Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements As the successful candidate, you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional and technical experience. Experience working in a digital production lead capacity within a services-based environment, including successfully delivering projects using Agile methodology. Experience working across a range of content management systems and web-based applications. Experience in government or highly regulated environments (desirable). Experience managing vendor relationships. Experience contributing to digital transformation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in accessibility compliance. Experience managing competing stakeholder and business needs with proven collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated understanding of, and fluency in, web analytical tools, accessibility and digital marketing applications. Ability to develop clear, accurate and customer focused content, with solid writing and editing skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
