Job Description This unique school is thoughtfully split into 2 separate programs, each led by a Director of Service with a Program Manager in office daily to provide guidance and support. This strong leadership team ensures you have the resources and mentorship you need to deliver an exceptional program and thrive in your role. About the Service This split-site service has a license space for 228 children and a dedicated cottage space for the Before and After School Care programs, while the Senior Aged Program operates in a shared space with set-up and pack-down in the newly renovated Hall during ASC. Located in Waverton, NSW ****, the service is growing, and we are seeking a Director of Service to join our supportive, dynamic team. Hours of Work This is a part-time position offering a 32.5-hour contract per week, structured across Monday to Friday: Morning shift: 7:00 am – 9:00 am; Afternoon shift: 1:55 pm – 6:00 pm; Admin Hours: 2 hours weekly. The Role As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
