Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led disability and aged care provider that designs flexible, sustainable careers for health professionals. Responsibilities Support NDIS and aged‐care participants in community, clinic and home settings across a diverse caseload. Develop long‐term relationships, track participant progress, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams. Receive dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision and support from intake & clinical leadership. Plan and manage your own diary, with flexibility across community, clinic and work‐from‐home options. Located in Campbelltown with remote or hybrid work options; can join the Bankstown team as needed. Qualifications Full general AHPRA registration. Driver's licence and own vehicle. NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Minimum of 4years post‐graduate experience.
